Deep Fried Oyster Nuggets with Leeks

    The oysters, minced pork, bean sprouts and chopped leeks are mixed together, slathered in a flour based batter, and then placed in a pot dipper before fried in hot oil. This delicacy is famous on the west coast of Taiwan where it is usually served with dipping sauces, such as chili sauce, soy sauce, or chili ketchup.
