Stuffed Dumpling with Meat
鹹湯圓
xián tāng yuán


    Fried pork, shallots, mushrooms, red onion, dried shrimps, and crown daisy are the filling in a rice flour dumpling. The dumplings are then placed in a sweet and fresh vegetable soup.

Note: It’s a Chinese tradition to eat it on January 15th of the lunar calendar.
