    The radish is first shredded, seasoned with salt and pepper, and then boiled in water. Fried mushrooms, dried shrimp, and red onion are added before stirring all the ingredients together with indica rice. It is then cooled into the shape of a cake and cut into small squares. Its texture is firm and springy.
