Chitterling Thin Noodles Thick Soup

    Thin noodles are first cooked with chitterling, water and potato flour to form a paste. The chitterling is then cut into small pieces and marinated before being added to the thin noodles. The noodles are soft while the chitterling gives it texture. It is often served with cilantro; black vinegar can also be added to the dish.

Note: Other choices are oyster thin noodles thick soup, or pork thin noodles thick soup.
