Fried Chicken Drumstick

    After deboning, the chicken drumsticks are fried on a steel plate until they reach a golden color. The skin is crispy and the meat is soft and juicy. It can be eaten with green onion or sesame, as shown in the picture below. The shop will typically have a variety of sauces available to enhance the taste of the drumsticks.
