Roast Duck with Steamed Cake
Kǎo Yā Jiá Bǐng
A thin pancake, or a steamed bread wrap, is first filled with crispy roast duck meat, cucumber, green onion, and pickled cabbage. The delicious combination is then covered with a special honey and vinegar sauce before it is folded and eaten. The wrap absorbs the sauce and creates a tantalizing combination.
